Analytics
When configured, we use PostHog Cloud EU in cookieless mode. We store no browser identifier, identify no visitors, and enable no session replay. We measure visits and explicit actions such as opening the contact page.
When the site is served through Cloudflare, we also use aggregate network and performance statistics. This helps us find speed and availability problems.
What analytics never receives
- Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
- Message or free-text contents
- Customer documents or financial data
- Data from future phone calls
When you email us
We receive the information you choose to send by email. We use it to reply and assess whether we can help. Do not send sensitive documents before we agree a protected exchange method.
Language preference
On a first visit, we use the country supplied by our content-delivery provider only to show Bulgarian in Bulgaria and English elsewhere. We do not store the location. When you choose a language manually, we store the necessary digiton_locale cookie for one year so we can respect your choice.
When we contact a business
For limited, individual B2B introductions, we may use a name, role, business contact details, and company information published by the company itself or in a professional public source. We also record replies and agreed next steps. We do not buy lists or use sensitive data.
The purpose is to establish whether our service is relevant to the business. Where the law permits it, our basis is our legitimate interest in developing our business after balancing that interest against the recipient’s rights. We also follow the applicable specific rules for unsolicited commercial communications.
We delete inactive prospect data within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. If you ask us not to contact you again, we retain a minimal suppression record so we can honour that objection.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information we hold and object to its use. If you object to direct marketing, we stop immediately. Email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
